How do I place an order?

Find the product you’re after from the menu at the top and fill in the relevant enquiry form. I will reply to you within 48 hours and we can discuss any details you might like. I will always give you a quote before confirming your order. Once your order is placed, a 50% deposit is required to secure the date, ideally via BACS. The remaining balance will need to be paid the day before your order is due to be collected.

When should I place my order?

As soon as possible to avoid disappointment! I generally need 1-2 weeks notice for a celebration cake but it’s good to book your date in as soon as you have one.

Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes you can! Any changes can be made if they are communicated and confirmed via email at least 7 days before the date of collection. Some changes may require extra payment.

Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the date of collection and refunds will be made where possible. If items have already been purchased, these cannot be refunded.

How do I transport & store my cake?

If travelling by car, put your cake in the footwell of the passenger seat if it fits, or in the boot if not. DO NOT travel with the cake on the back seat or on someone’s lap. Keep your car cool, ideally with aircon on if it’s a hot day.

I recommend that you collect your cake on the day of your event if possible and store it in the fridge. Bring it out to get up to room temperature before eating, this will take 1-3 hours depending on the season. Cakes will stay fresh for up to 3 days in the fridge. Cupcakes should be stored at room temperature and will last for up to 3 days.
