TERMS & CONDITIONS

By ordering from Homebaked by Emma, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• Orders are only confirmed once a deposit of 50% has been made, or in some circumstances, the full payment. This agreement will be made in writing prior to the completion of the order. Payment is to be made by BACS.

• Homebaked by Emma offers a collection only service. If you or someone on your behalf are unable to make the collection on the specified date, there is no obligation to deliver the order to you.

• All orders are individual and I do not accept any returns. If you need to cancel or amend an order, this needs to be requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the collection date and I will do my best to accommodate you. Refunds are not guaranteed.

• Homebaked by Emma reserves the right to use any photographs taken of your order. If you would prefer these photos not to be used for social media or marketing purposes, you must email me in advance of your collection date.

• Any allergens must be made known at the time of ordering. I cannot take responsibility if the initial enquiry form has not been filled out correctly or there is no written evidence of allergy requests.
